Downe Health Spa in North Devon offers a range of superb beauty therapies (including beauty body treatments, body wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures) and holistic therapies (including swedish and aromatherapy massage, reflexology, indian head massage, ear candling, holistic relaxation therapies, mother-to-be therapies and stone therapy). Therapies are available as single therapies but must be booked in advance (which can of course mean a phone call with the therapy taking place ten minutes later if we have availability).

Therapies taken at Downe can, by the simple addition of lunch or a cream tea, turn your visit to the beautician into a delightful morning or afternoon. Combine your visit with a friend’s visit and follow the therapy with lunch or a cream tea and the morning or afternoon can become a very pleasant few hours out of the hustle and bustle of every day living.
